Return Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Regardless of where your item was shipped from (Hungary or our Printing Partner), all returns must be sent to our studio in Hungary:

Important: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for the full value of the artwork, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Damages and Issues (Important!)
Please inspect your order upon reception.

Originals: If the artwork is damaged, contact us immediately.

Fine Art Prints: If a print arrives damaged, please DO NOT return it. Instead, email us clear photos of the damage (print and packaging) to info@helganagy.com. We will arrange a free replacement immediately without you needing to ship the damaged item back.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, specifically custom commissioned artworks (paintings made specifically to your request). Standard Limited Edition Prints are eligible for return.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
